You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party you designated, who is not the carrier, will physically get hold of it. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) to revoke the agreement. You can make a return request for this in your account or use the model withdrawal form (PDF), but are not required to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal,

If you withdraw the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that date, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we have offered) without delay and at least no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement, back from us. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same means of payment as you made the original transaction with, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We may wait until we have recovered the goods, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, depending on what time falls first.

You must return the goods to us without delay, but at least no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified the agreement to be revoked, to send it back to us or to hand it over to us. You'll be on time to return the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
